The invention relates to the technical field of gypsum foaming agent manufacturing, in particular to a high-strength gypsum foaming agent and a preparation method thereof. The foaming agent is prepared from the following components: 30-70 parts of an adsorbent, 15-25 parts of sulfonate, 2-11 parts of a natural polymer compound and 20-37 parts of water. Alginic acid is extracted from kelp, and gypsum foaming is promoted by utilizing the surface activity effect of the alginic acid. Montmorillonite, albite and celestite are heated at a high temperature and disintegrated under the action of microwaves, so that the surface area is increased; and then the montmorillonite, albite and celestite are soaked in a solution, carbon dioxide is injected, and formation of bicarbonate is promoted, so that the foam stability in gypsum forming is remarkably improved, a uniform gypsum board is formed, and the performance of the gypsum board is improved.
本发明涉及石膏发泡剂制作技术领域,尤其是一种高强度石膏发泡剂及其制备方法。改发泡剂由下列组分制作而成:吸附剂30‑70份、磺酸盐15‑25份、天然高分子复合物2‑11份、水20‑37份。本发明通过在海带中提取出藻酸,利用藻酸的表面活性效果,促使石膏发泡。通过将蒙脱石、钠长石、天青石高温加热后在微波作用下崩解,增大表面积,然后浸泡到溶液中注入二氧化碳,促进碳酸氢盐的形成,使得石膏成型中泡沫稳定性显著提高,形成均匀的石膏板,提高石膏板的性能。
