The treatment method comprises the following steps: carrying out base surface treatment on the concrete surface by using a shot blasting machine, then brushing the concrete surface waterproof treatment agent, paving a waterproof coiled material, and conducting drying and curing to finish waterproof treatment. The concrete surface waterproof treatment agent can be suitable for all concrete surfaces, the bonding force between a waterproof roll and a concrete base surface can be remarkably enhanced, and the durability and the waterproof effect of a waterproof layer are effectively improved.
