The invention relates to a cast-in-place pile hole side wall reinforcing device. The cast-in-place pile hole side wall reinforcing device comprises a lifting mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism is connected with a driving mechanism; the driving mechanism is connected with an inner tube and an outer tube which are vertically and coaxially arranged, and can drive the inner tube and the outer tube to synchronously and reversely move in the axis direction of the inner tube and the outer tube; the inner tube is inserted in the outer tube and is slidably connected with the outer tube; the outer tube is hinged to one end of a first hinge rod; the other end of the first hinge rod is hinged to a connecting plate; the connecting plate is hinged to one end of a second hinge rod; the other end of the second hinge rod is hinged to the inner tube; the connecting plate is detachably connected with a reinforcing element through a connecting component; and the reinforcing element is used for reinforcing soil of a pile hole. By the reinforcing device, hole collapse is avoided effectively, and the construction cost is reduced.
