The invention discloses a fabricated bathroom ceiling and a mounting method thereof. The ceiling structure comprises veneers arranged below the ceiling, a butt joint piece arranged at the joint of every two adjacent veneers, a wall plate arranged below the edges of the veneers, and a closing structure used for splicing the edges of the veneers and the top end of the wall plate. Each butt joint piece comprises a supporting plate, a first embedded plate arranged on the side wall of the left side of the supporting plate, a second embedded plate arranged on the side wall of the right side of the supporting plate, and a supporting plate fixedly connected with the bottom of the supporting plate. A first strip-shaped groove is formed in the side wall of one side of each veneer, and a second strip-shaped groove is formed in the side wall of the other side of each veneer. The closing structure comprises a bottom groove and an h-shaped line matched with the top end of the wall plate, and a clamping line is arranged on the side, facing the veneers, of the top end of the h-shaped line. The ceiling is simple in structure and high in splicing speed, the mounting efficiency of the whole ceiling can be improved, and the stability of the whole ceiling can be improved.
