The invention provides a straw concrete light steel keel self-insulation wallboard and a construction method thereof. The wallboard comprises a ceiling keel, two groups of opposite C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel keels, OSB boards, a ground keel and straw concrete, and the OSB boards comprise an upper OSB board and a lower OSB board. The two groups of opposite C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel keels are arranged in parallel, the two ends of the C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel keels are fixedly connected with the ceiling keel and the ground keel respectively to form a keel frame, the two OSBs are fixed to the upper end face and the lower end face of the keel frame, and each group of opposite C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel keels comprises two C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel keels and a plurality of lacing bars; and the two C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel keels are arranged up and down, openings of the C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel keels are right opposite, the lacing bars are fixed to the two C-shaped cold-formed thin-walled steel keels, and the space defined by the two OSBs is filled with the straw concrete. According to the straw concrete light steel keel self-insulation wallboard and the construction method thereof, a cold bridge effect of cold-formed thin-walled steel in the wallboard is blocked through the straw concrete and a novel keel structure, and the heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the wallboard is improved. Meanwhile, the straw concrete prevents the cold-formed thin-walled steel from buckling damage.
本发明提供了一种稻草混凝土轻钢龙骨自保温墙板及其施工方法,墙板包括天龙骨、对立C型冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨、OSB板、地龙骨和稻草混凝土,OSB板包括上、下OSB板。两组对立C型冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨平行布置,两端分别与天、地龙骨固定连接组成龙骨框架,将两OSB板固定在龙骨框架的上下端面处,每组对立C型冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨均包括两个C型冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨和若干缀条,两个C型冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨上下布置且开口正对,缀条固定在两个C型冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨上,在两个OSB板围成的空间内填满稻草混凝土。本发明利用稻草混凝土和新型龙骨构造阻断墙板中冷弯薄壁型钢冷桥效应,提高墙板保温隔热性能。同时稻草混凝土防止冷弯薄壁型钢屈曲破坏。
