Energy-saving anti-seismic light wallboard and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses an energy-saving anti-seismic light wallboard. The energy-saving anti-seismic light wallboard comprises a wallboard body and splicing pieces. The wallboard body comprises a front side wallboard body and a rear side wallboard body. A plurality of L-shaped protrusions are formed on the inner side of the front side wallboard body and the inner side of the rear side wallboard body. The space between the front side wallboard body and the rear side wallboard body is filled with a foaming material. Clamping grooves are formed in the two ends of the outer side of the front side wallboard body and the two ends of the outer side of the rear side wallboard body. The splicing pieces comprise the L-shaped splicing pieces, the linear splicing pieces, the T-shaped splicing pieces and the cross-shaped splicing pieces. Each splicing piece is formed by connecting a plurality of basic steel pieces. Each basic steel piece comprises a U-shaped body, wherein the two sides of the open end of the U-shaped body protrude inwards to form protruding strips. According to the energy-saving anti-seismic light wallboard, the foaming material and an alloy plate are tightly fixed through the special structure, additional glue adhesion is not needed, and delamination is not likely to happen; and rapid splicing between wallboards is achieved through the special splicing pieces.
