The invention discloses a fabricated box-shaped structure and a connecting joint thereof. The fabricated box-shaped structure comprises a box-shaped structure body, an outer flange, an inner flange and a corrugated web. According to the fabricated box-shaped structure, the outer flange is not provided with a protruding edge of a flat flange plate like H steel, and edge fibers cannot be plasticized when the outer flange is subjected to normal stress; meanwhile, through a cold-bending forming piece and due to the cold-bending strengthening effect, the bearing capacity of material of the outer flange is improved; a full-fabricated structure is achieved, and a traditional welding beam column structure is replaced; in consideration of the stability problem of the corrugated web, planes on the two sides of the corrugated web are restrained; connection is carried out through a bolt instead of a self-tapping screw, and the situations that the hole diameter of a connected piece is larger than the outer diameter of the bolt, the connecting piece can generate relative slippage to dissipate a part of energy when large external force is borne, and the external force cannot generate shear damage to the bolt in the first time are fully considered; the inner flange and the outer flange are connected into a whole in the mode that the two ends of the inner flange and the outer flange are welded to end plates, and the middle parts of the inner flange and the outer flange are perforated and spot-welded.
