The steel bar axial cold extrusion mechanical connecting sleeve comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve and an extrusion sleeve, wherein the inner sleeve is of a cylindrical structure and comprises an inner sleeve boss and an inner sleeve deformation area embedded into a steel bar, and a plurality of groups of inner sleeve wall grooves are formed in the sleeve wall of the inner sleeve; the outer sleeve is in zero clearance fit with the inner sleeve, an outer sleeve cone is arranged at one end of the outer sleeve, and an outer sleeve flange of a flange structure is arranged at the other end of the outer sleeve; the axial length of the extrusion sleeve is smaller than that of the outer sleeve, and an inner cone structure is arranged at one end of the extrusion sleeve in an opening mode; the inner sleeve wall grooves are formed in a penetrating mode in the axial direction, and the inner sleeve is separated into the same multi-section structure; and tooth-shaped structures for increasing friction are arranged on the inner wall and/or the outer wall surface of the inner sleeve.
