The invention discloses a mortar filling device of a ceramsite concrete partition board and a construction method of the mortar filling device. A plurality of hole channels are formed in the ceramsite concrete partition board and penetrate through the upper end and the lower end of the ceramsite concrete partition board. The mortar filling device of the ceramsite concrete partition board comprises a supporting plate, inserting pipes and connecting pieces, wherein a plurality of flow guiding holes are formed in the supporting plate and aligned with the plurality of hole channels in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the inserting pipes are inserted into upper end openings of the hole channels and provided with opposite open ends and closed ends, the open ends are connected to the flow guiding holes, and the outer diameter of the inserting pipes is matched with the inner diameter of the hole channels; and the connecting pieces are used for being mounted on a structural beam above the ceramsite concrete partition board and mounted on the two opposite sides of the supporting plate. The problems that an existing mounting mode of the ceramsite concrete partition board is tedious in construction and low in efficiency are solved.
本发明公开了一种陶粒混凝土隔墙板的砂浆填实装置及其施工方法，陶粒混凝土隔墙板的内部形成有多个孔道，所述孔道贯通所述陶粒混凝土隔墙板的上端和下端，陶粒混凝土隔墙板的砂浆填实装置包括：支承板，所述支承板开设有多个导流孔，多个所述导流孔分别一一对应地对准于多个所述孔道；插接管，插设于所述孔道的上端口内，所述插接管具有相对的一开口端和一封闭端，所述开口端连接于所述导流孔，所述插接管的外径尺寸适配于所述孔道的内径尺寸；以及用于安装于所述陶粒混凝土隔墙板的上方的结构梁的连接件，安装于所述支承板的相对两侧。本发明解决了现有的陶粒混凝土隔墙板安装方式施工繁琐且效率低的问题。
