The clutch mechanism comprises a first clutch gear, a second clutch gear, balls and an electromagnetic piece, wherein the two clutch gears are oppositely provided with clutch faces, the clutch faces are provided with tooth parts used for meshing fit and concave parts corresponding to the tooth parts in position, the balls can be placed in the concave parts in a rolling mode, an electromagnetic piece can drive the two clutch gears to move oppositely, so that the two tooth parts are meshed with each other when the balls are placed in the two concave parts at the same time, under the condition that one clutch gear is locked, the other clutch gear can be driven in a manual mode, and in the driving process, the balls can be separated from one of the concave parts, and then the two tooth parts are driven to be separated from meshing, so that the manual-automatic integrated driving effect is achieved.
