The anti-crack and anti-impact concrete is prepared by pouring a concrete mixture; the concrete mixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water; 490 to 510 parts of cement; 530 to 540 parts of sand; 1030 to 1040 parts of stone; 20 to 24 parts of fiber; 42.1 to 47.9 parts of acetic anhydride; and 4.21 to 4.79 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly mixing water, acetic anhydride and lauryl sodium sulfate to obtain a mixed solution; 2, adding other components except the cement into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing the components to obtain a premix, 3, adding the cement into the premix, and uniformly mixing the premix to obtain a concrete mixture, and 4, injecting the concrete mixture into a mold, and maintaining and demolding the mixture to obtain the anti-crack and anti-impact concrete. The anti-crack and anti-impact concrete has the effect of improving the anti-crack and anti-impact performance of the concrete.
