Anti-freezing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of 1), mixing bentonite, perlite, a coupling agent, an anti-freezing agent and water for the first time, then conducting ultrasonic concussion to obtain a modified mixture, and mixing the modified mixture and cement for the second time to obtain cement soil; 2) conducting third-time mixing on broken stones, fine aggregate sand and grinding wheel ash to obtain an aggregate mixture; and 3) performing fourth mixing on a composite water reducer, an air entraining agent, an accelerator and a solvent to obtain an additive mixture, and performing fifth mixing on the cement soil, the aggregate mixture and the additive mixture to obtain the anti-freezing concrete. The anti-freezing concrete still has excellent anti-freezing performance on the premise of using less mineral powder and mineral soil.
