The invention relates to foamed ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: a green body forming step: carrying out dipping and slurry hanging on foam by using first slurry, and carrying out extrusion forming on the foam subjected to dipping and slurry hanging to form a green body; a spraying and slurry hanging step: conducting spraying and slurry hanging on the green body by using second slurry; a drying step: drying the green body subjected to spraying and slurry hanging; and a sintering step: sintering the dried green body to obtain the foamed ceramic. The invention further discloses the foamed ceramic obtained according to the preparation method. The foamed ceramic obtained according to the preparation method disclosed by the invention is high in porosity, good in compressive strength and free of cracks in appearance, and a dried green body is also free of cracks.

本发明涉及一种泡沫陶瓷及其制备方法。本发明公开的的制备方法，包括：生坯形成步骤：用第一浆料对泡沫进行浸渍挂浆，对浸渍挂浆后的泡沫挤压成型，形成生坯；喷雾挂浆步骤：用第二浆料对所述生坯进行喷雾挂浆；干燥步骤：将喷雾挂浆后的生坯进行干燥；烧结步骤：将干燥后的生坯进行烧结，得到泡沫陶瓷。本发明还公开了根据本发明制备方法得到的泡沫陶瓷。根据本发明制备方法得到的泡沫陶瓷，孔隙率高、抗压强度良好且外观无裂纹，干燥后的生坯也无裂纹。
