The invention discloses a tramcar embedded type roadbed light structure for municipal pipeline protection. The tramcar embedded type roadbed light structure is characterized by comprising an encapsulating layer, a back-filling layer, a foundation bed surface layer and a track supporting layer from bottom to top; the encapsulating layer is provided with a groove structure protruding upwards and covers a pipeline, and an in-groove filling layer is arranged on the periphery of the pipeline in the groove structure; and anti-seepage geo-membranes are laid at the bottom, the side periphery and the top of the back-filling layer. Safety protection is conducted on municipal pipelines in a concrete encapsulation mode, foam light soil is adopted for back-filling in an excavation foundation pit, the soil pressure borne by the pipelines is remarkably reduced to compensate additional stress applied by loads of an upper electric vehicle and a rail, and therefore the effect of the soil pressure on the pipelines is reduced; and therefore, the pipelines are effectively protected, migration and transformation of the pipelines are avoided, the influence of the load of the tramcar on the pipelines can be reduced, and the roadbed settlement control standard of the tramcar is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种对市政管线保护的有轨电车埋入式路基轻型结构,其特征在于:包括从下至上的包封层、回填层、基床表层、轨道支撑层;所述包封层具有向上凸起的槽结构,封盖住管线,槽结构内管线的周围为槽内填充层;在回填层的底部、侧周及顶部铺设防渗土工膜。本发明采用混凝土包封形式对市政管线进行安全保护,开挖基坑内采用泡沫轻质土回填,管线承受的土压力显著降低,以补偿上部电车及轨道荷载施加的附加应力,从而达到减少土压力对管线的影响;从而不仅有效保护了管线,避免了管钱的迁改,又能减少了有轨电车荷载对管线的影响,保证有轨电车的路基沉降控制标准。
