The method comprises the steps that step1, preparation before construction is conducted, specifically, after an excavator is used for digging downwards by 3 m, a foundation trench is leveled, concrete cushion layers are poured between an inner pile casing and an outer pile casing and within the range of 2 m outside the outer pile casings, after maintenance is conducted for 2 days, two sections of outer pile casings are arranged according to a positioning axis, intermittent welding is adopted for the connecting positions of the pile casings, and slurry pouring openings are cut in the upper surfaces of the outer pile casings; a slurry pouring port is symmetrically cut on the upper surface of the inner pile casing and the outer pile casing; then, the outer pile casing is lowered, after the outer pile casing is lowered, the center of the pile position is rechecked, and after rechecking is confirmed, earthwork is backfilled between the inner pile casing and the outer pile casing; step 2, holes are formed in a first large layer; step 3, holes are formed in a second large layer; step 4, holes are formed in a third large layer; step 5, a pile casing is lowered; step 6, holes are cleaned; and step 7, pouring is conducted. According to the method, the construction problem in cast-in-place pile hole forming and pouring can be well solved, and it is guaranteed that the quality of a formed cast-in-place pile can meet the design and specification requirements.
