The invention relates to a folding soundproof room convenient to carry. The folding soundproof room comprises a front plate structure, a side plate structure, a rear plate structure and a top plate structure, wherein the side plate structure comprises a first folding plate structure, a second folding plate structure, a hinge and a locking handle; a rotating structure is arranged in the connecting position of the top plate structure and the rear plate structure; a first rotating shaft is arranged at the end of the side, away from the second folding plate structure, of the first folding plate structure; and a second rotating shaft is arranged at the end of the side, away from the first folding plate structure, of the second folding plate structure. When the soundproof room is carried, the top plate structure is turned over through the rotating structure till the top plate structure is attached to the rear plate structure, and the first folding plate structure and the second folding plate structure of the side plate structure are folded, i.e. the front plate structure, the first folding plate structure, the second folding plate structure, the rear plate structure and the top plate structure are attached in sequence, so that the whole soundproof room is folded, the occupied space of the soundproof room is greatly reduced, and the soundproof room is convenient to carry.
