The invention relates to the technical field of floors, in particular to a sports floor capable of preventing sports injury, which comprises a bottom layer and a top layer, and the top layer is arranged on the bottom layer; the top layer comprises elastic periodic units which are periodically arranged, and gaps are formed between the adjacent elastic periodic units to form drainage holes; and each elastic periodic unit is of a hollow structure, an isolation part is arranged in the elastic periodic unit and divides the interior of the elastic periodic unit into a first cavity and a second cavity, and a through hole is formed in the isolation part and penetrates through the first cavity and the second cavity. When the sports floor is suddenly impacted, the tops of the elastic periodic units are stressed, air flows are formed between the first cavities and the second cavities, the air flows delay the time for the interior of the elastic periodic units to reach air pressure balance, in other words, the impact time is prolonged, and therefore the impact force is reduced, and the safety of the sports floor is improved; and sports injury is not easily caused.
