The invention discloses a method for installing wall profiled steel sheets of a factory building. A measure frame is adopted for installation. The method specifically comprises the following steps that the measure frame is assembled according to the height of the factory building; two guide rails are arranged on the ground; the measure frame is hoisted on the guide rails and moved to the position of the wall profiled steel sheets to be installed; according to the principle that each operation platform is provided with one constructor, the constructors wear safety protection measures to reach the operation platforms, and attachment mechanisms and corresponding purlines are kept in sliding connection; the wall profiled steel sheets to be installed are hoisted to the installation position, meanwhile, the constructors adjust the positions of the wall profiled steel sheets, after the wall profiled steel sheets are adjusted in place, installation of the wall profiled steel sheets is completed, then all the constructors leave the measure frame, and the measure frame is moved to the position of the next wall profiled steel sheet to be installed; all the wall profiled steel sheets on one wall of the factory building are installed according to the method. The installation method can effectively improve installation efficiency and construction safety.

本发明公开了一种厂房墙面压型钢板的安装方法，采用措施架进行安装，具体如下：根据厂房的高度完成措施架的拼装；在地面上设置两条导轨；将措施架吊装在导轨上，并将措施架移动至待安装墙面压型钢板的位置；按每个操作平台配备一名施工人员的原则，施工人员佩戴好安全防护措施到达各操作平台上，并将附着机构和对应的檩条保持可滑动连接；将待安装墙面压型钢板吊装到安装位置，同时施工人员对墙面压型钢板位置进行调整，待调整到位后，完成墙面压型钢板的安装，然后所有施工人员离开措施架，再将措施架移动至下一片待安装墙面压型钢板的位置；按上述方法完成厂房一面墙上所有墙面压型钢板的安装。该安装方法能有效提高安装效率和施工安全性。
