Method for integrally landing sliding formwork platform of silo
The invention discloses a method for integrally landing a sliding formwork platform of a silo. The method comprises the following steps of: landing an inner platform: (1) mounting a steel embedded part on the top of a silo wall; (2) tying and reinforcing an outer platform by using a round steel pull rod; (3) welding an inverted L-shaped steel frame on the steel embedded part to form a hanging point; (4) connecting an electric hoist chain block with the inner platform, and mounting a roller on a cross beam at the lower end of the inner platform; and (5) connecting each electric hoist with a control box through a wire, and uniformly controlling the electric hoists to integrally land the inner platform on the ground for decomposition and cleaning. The method comprises the following steps of: landing an outer platform: (1) arranging a steel embedded part on the top of a silo top ring beam; (2) forming a reserved hole in a silo top gutter, and welding an inverted L-shaped steel frame on the steel embedded part to form a hanging point; (3) connecting an electric hoist chain block with the outer platform by penetrating through the reserved hole, mounting a roller on a cross beam at the lower end of the outer platform, and detaching a round steel pull rod; and (4) connecting an electric hoist with a control box through a wire, and uniformly controlling the electric hoists to integrally land the outer platform on the ground for decomposition and cleaning.
