The invention discloses a modifying overhang platform for an existing frame structure and a modification method of the modifying overhang platform. The platform comprises a plurality of layers of overhang floor slabs, a rigid pulling assembly and a prestress pulling assembly, wherein the overhang floor slabs are connected to the existing frame structure, and an upper frame columns are connected between every two adjacent overhang floor slabs; the rigid pulling assembly comprises a first lower column hoop arranged on the bottom upper frame column in a sleeving mode, a first upper column hoop arranged on a frame column of the existing frame structure in a sleeving mode, and an inclined pulling beam connected between the first upper column hoop and the first lower column hoop in a pulling mode; and the prestress pulling assembly comprises a second lower column hoop arranged on the middle upper frame column in a sleeving mode, a second upper column hoop arranged on the frame column in the existing frame structure in a sleeving mode and a prestress cable obliquely connected between the second upper column hoop and the second lower column hoop in a pulling mode, the first upper column hoop and the second upper column hoop are anchored in the frame column through a first anchoring assembly, and the first lower column hoop and the second lower column hoop are anchored in the upper frame columns through a second anchoring assembly. The problems that a traditional reconstruction project firstly perform disassembly and then building, the cost is high, and the construction period is long are solved.
