The embodiment of the invention provides a double-cross inclined strut cooling tower and a mounting and dismounting method thereof. The cooling tower comprises at least two layers of steel structures arranged up and down, each layer of steel structure comprises a plurality of inclined struts, the plurality of inclined struts are sequentially connected to form a ring shape, the inclined struts are in an X shape, the two ends, on the same horizontal plane, of the inclined struts are distributed in the circumferential direction of the steel structures at intervals, the inclined struts are provided with steel pipes, and concrete is poured into the steel pipes. According to the double-cross inclined strut cooling tower, the steel pipes as finished products can be quickly laid and mounted, then concrete is poured, the strength is high after the steel pipes and the concrete are combined, and deformation can be effectively prevented; on one hand, the use of a large amount of concrete is reduced, other inclined struts can be mounted while the concrete is solidified, and the construction period can be shortened by simultaneous construction of the inclined struts and the concrete; and on the other hand, the concrete has high compressive strength, the inclined struts have high tensile strength, and the structural stress performance is better through combination of the concrete and the inclined struts.
