The invention discloses a damping reinforcing node for connecting steel frames of a power transmission tower. A pre-stressed cable crosses each node, and each pre-stressed cable is partially wrapped in a bent pipe. Each bent pipe can be provided with a plurality of bent positions to form a corrugated shape. The pre-stressed cables reinforce connection of the nodes, and the bent pipes provide damping to dissipate earthquake energy and the like, so that the ability of a steel frame structure to resist earthquakes, other vibrations and/or impacts is improved.
