The invention relates to borate glass powder for low-temperature co-firing as well as a preparation method and application of the borate glass powder. The method comprises the following steps: crushing borate glass to 100 meshes or below to obtain coarse glass powder; carrying out wet ball milling on the obtained glass coarse powder to a required particle size, and carrying out drying to obtain fine glass powder, wherein an additive is added into a solution for ball milling; and calcining the fine glass powder to obtain the borate glass powder for low-temperature co-firing. The sintering shrinkage of the glass powder in the co-firing process can be effectively adjusted, the consistency of the sintering performance of the glass powder is improved, and the borate glass powder has high application value in batch stable production of low-temperature co-fired ceramic raw materials.
本发明涉及一种低温共烧用硼酸盐玻璃粉及其制备方法和应用。该方法,包括以下步骤:将硼酸盐玻璃粉碎至100目以下,得到玻璃粗粉;将得到的玻璃粗粉湿法球磨至所需的粒径,干燥,得到玻璃细粉;其中球磨所用溶液中加入添加剂;将玻璃细粉煅烧,得到低温共烧用硼酸盐玻璃粉。本发明可以有效调节共烧过程中玻璃粉的烧结收缩,提高玻璃粉体烧结性能的一致性,在低温共烧陶瓷原料的批量稳定生产中有较高的应用价值。
