The concrete aggregate containing high-titanium blast furnace slag comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-500 parts of high-titanium blast furnace slag aggregate, 50-300 parts of concrete recycled aggregate, 10-15 parts of modified straw fibers and 20-30 parts of alginate fibers. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the concrete aggregate. According to the invention, recycling of high-titanium blast furnace slag and waste concrete is realized at the same time, the use requirements of thin concrete or dense reinforced concrete and the like can be met, and the problems of recycling of the high-titanium blast furnace slag and the waste concrete, poor performance of concrete aggregate and the like in the prior art are effectively solved.
