The invention relates to an all-solid-waste baking-free brick prepared from multi-industry solid wastes and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 11-15 wt% of a cementing material, 25-27 wt% of desulfurized fly ash, 60-62 wt% of stone powder and 12 wt% of water, and then carrying out static pressure molding and autoclaved curing treatment to prepare the baking-free brick, wherein the cementing material is prepared from the following components: 12 to 20 weight percent of desulfurized fly ash, 1 weight percent of calcium phosphate slag, 60 to 71 weight percent of slag powder and 16 to 19 weight percent of steel slag powder. The three-day compressive strength of the cementing material provided by the invention reaches 18-23 MPa, and the breaking strength of the cementing material reaches 6-8 MPa; in 28 days, the compressive strength of the cementing material reaches 50 to 55 MPa, and the breaking strength of the cementing material reaches 10 to 12 MPa; and the compressive strength of the baking-free brick provided by the invention can reach 16-20 MPa after being cured for 7 days, and the compressive strength can reach 20-28 MPa after being cured for 28 days.
