Rapid water seepage concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to concrete, in particular to rapid water seepage concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of water, 30-40 parts of Portland cement, 50-60 parts of broken stone, 4-5 parts of stearyl chloride, 5-6 parts of a sulfamate superplasticizer, 5-7 parts of non-caking steel fibers and 0.5-1 part of a coupling agent. The non-caking fibers are composed of wave-shaped steel fibers and nylon paper adhered to one sides of the wave-shaped steel fibers. The mechanical strength of the concrete is effectively improved by adding the steel fibers, and the water seepage of pores is smooth and rapid water seepage effect is achieved because a foaming process is not adopted or fine aggregate is not added; and the steel fibers are provided with a back plate, so the possibility of hooking between the adjacent steel fibers is reduced on the premise that the elasticity and toughness of the steel fibers are not damaged, the steel fibers are prevented from being clustered and gathered in the concrete, and uniform distribution of the steel fibers is facilitated.
本发明涉及混凝土,尤其是一种快速渗水混凝土及其制备方法;它包括以下重量份数的组分:水80‑100份、硅酸盐水泥30‑40份、碎石50‑60份、十八烷酰氯4‑5份、氨基磺酸盐系高效减水剂5‑6份、不结团钢纤维5‑7份和偶联剂0.5‑1份;所述不结团纤维由波浪形钢纤维和粘附在波浪形钢纤维一侧的尼龙纸构成。通过加入钢纤维有效提高混凝土的机械强度,而且由于没有采用发泡工艺或者添加细骨料,使得孔隙渗水顺畅,具有快速渗水的效果;对钢纤维设置有“背板”,不破坏钢纤维本身弹性和韧性的前提下减少相邻钢纤维之间勾结的可能,避免钢纤维在混凝土中成团聚集,有利于它们均匀分布。
