Environment-friendly recycled concrete brick
The invention discloses an environment-friendly recycled concrete brick, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The concrete brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 to 120 parts of cement, 60 to 80 parts of water, 30 to 40 parts of waste concrete blocks, 15 to 20 parts of calcium hydroxide, 5 to 15 parts of a reinforcing agent, 5 to 10 parts of a polycarboxylic acid type water reducer and 3 to 8 parts of a dispersing agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) processing raw materials, specifically, transferring the raw materials into an outdoor concrete stirring tank, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mortar mixture; (2) preparing a green brick, specifically, transferring the obtained mortar mixture into a brick making mold, and pressing to obtain the green brick; (3) performing drying and forming treatment, specifically, transferring the obtained brick blank into a drying box, drying, and removing the brick making mold to obtain a brick block; and (4) performing curing treatment, specifically, transferring the obtained brick into a curing chamber for curing. The prepared concrete brick is excellent in overall performance, and the recycling function is achieved.
