The adjustable large-tonnage cushion block comprises cushion block units, wherein the cushion block unit is composed of a sliding block mechanism and a fixing mechanism; the sliding block mechanism is connected to the fixing mechanism in a sliding mode; the sliding block mechanism is composed of a first side plate, a first reinforcing plate, a front plate and a first top plate; two groups of first side plates are arranged, and the first reinforcing plate is fixedly connected between the first side plates on the two sides; by arranging the sliding block mechanism and the fixing mechanism, in the actual use process, a limiting piece is manually rotated, so the sliding block mechanism is stressed and slides on an inclined second top plate, and after the sliding block mechanism slides, a distance between the top of the sliding block mechanism and a bottom plate of the fixing mechanism is correspondingly changed; the variable distance is the height change of the top adjustment of the sliding block, in actual operation, the bridge plate is supported at different heights through the height change generated by sliding of the sliding block, and therefore operation of the bottom of the bridge plate is facilitated.
