Anchor cable hole forming and grouting construction method
The invention discloses an anchor cable hole forming and grouting construction method. The method sequentially comprises the following steps that 1, an anchor cable hole is drilled; 2, the anchor cable is placed in; and 3, pipe pulling and grouting are conducted, specifically, M30 cement mortar is adopted, the grouting is conducted through a grouting pipe and a grouting pump, primary grouting is conducted in a mode that a casing pipe at the anchoring section is pulled out and a casing pipe at the free section is not pulled out, after grout returns from the hole opening, the casing pipe at the free section is pulled out immediately, and secondary grouting is conducted immediately after the casing pipe is pulled out till the grout returns from the hole opening, the casing pipe is pulled out and detached section by section, and the casing pipe is pulled out while rotating; and when the hole opening grout returning specific gravity is equal to the grouting inlet specific gravity, the grouting is ended. Due to the fact that the casing pipe is pulled out while rotating in the grouting process, grout in the anchor cable hole is rotated through rotating force to supplement and support the inner wall of the anchor cable hole, and the problem that the inner wall of the anchor cable hole collapses due to the fact that the casing pipe is completely pulled out is solved.
本发明公开了一种锚索成孔及注浆施工工法,包括依次进行的如下步骤:步骤一,钻锚索孔;步骤二,锚索置入;步骤三,拔管注浆。步骤三,拔管注浆:采用M30水泥砂浆,通过注浆管,采用注浆泵进行注浆,拔出锚固段部位套管不拔出自由段部位套管的方式进行第一次注浆,待孔口返浆后,立即拔出自由段套管,套管拔出后立即进行二次注浆至孔口返浆的方式,实现套管逐节拉出拆卸,套管边旋转边拉出;当孔口返浆比重与注浆进浆比重相等后,结束注浆。由于套管是在注浆过程中边旋转边拉出,旋转力旋动锚索孔内的浆体对锚索孔内壁进行补充支撑,解决锚索孔内壁不会出现套管全部拉出而塌孔的问题。
