An auxiliary cast-in-place concrete cover plate is arranged, the grouting condition can be improved, the grouting effect can be improved, the qualified rate of the hole position, the hole depth and the hole inclination of a drilled hole reaches 99.5% or above, the production efficiency is improved, and the construction quality is effectively improved; and hole wall washing and crack washing are conducted in a large-flow pressure water pulsation mode, double-row hole grouting is adopted, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the actual construction period is shortened by 12 days, the labor cost is saved by 360,000 yuan, and direct economic benefits are remarkable.
