The invention discloses a connecting structure and method for circular steel tube concrete section steel columns and reinforced concrete beams. The connecting structure comprises the circular steel tube concrete section steel columns (10), the reinforced concrete beams (20) and steel cattle leg parts (30); each circular steel tube concrete section steel column comprises a circular steel tube (11); each reinforced concrete beam comprises a beam end upper longitudinal steel bar (21), a beam end lower longitudinal steel bar (22) and a beam end waist steel bar (23); the circular steel tubes are connected to the steel cattle leg parts; and the beam end upper longitudinal reinforcing steel bars, the beam end lower longitudinal reinforcing steel bars and the beam end waist reinforcing steel bars are respectively connected to the steel cattle leg parts. According to the connecting structure and method, the beam end upper longitudinal reinforcing steel bars, the beam end lower longitudinal reinforcing steel bars and the beam end waist reinforcing steel bars of the reinforced concrete beams are connected to the circular steel tubes through the steel cattle leg parts and do not need to penetrate through the circular steel tubes to form connection, construction is convenient, and the needed bearing capacity can be ensured.
