The invention relates to a waterproof process for a horizontal joint of a prefabricated outer wall. The waterproof process is used for connecting the prefabricated outer wall in a prefabricated building and adopts a method of combining material waterproofing and structural waterproofing. The process comprises: reserving a tongue-and-groove at the bottom of the outdoor side surface of the upper-layer prefabricated wall, wherein the upper surface of the tongue-and-groove is in a shape with high inside and low outside; reserving a water retaining reverse ridge and a bevel slope on the top of the outdoor side surface of the lower-layer prefabricated wall; after the lower-layer prefabricated outer wall is mounted, when concrete in a wall and plate node area is poured, reserving a 20 mm of the wall and plate node area on the outdoor side; when the upper-layer prefabricated outer wall is mounted, carrying out waterproofing on the outdoor side of the bottom seam of the prefabricated wall through a sealant, blocking the indoor side of the bottom seam of the prefabricated wall through high-strength mortar and flattening the indoor side through waterproof mortar, and after the upper-layer prefabricated outer wall and the lower-layer prefabricated outer wall are mounted, filling a tongue-and-groove horizontal groove with a special waterproof material. By means of multiple times of fortification and layer-by-layer separation, the way that water flows into a room is blocked, and the problems of water seepage and water leakage at the horizontal joint of the prefabricated outer wall of the building are practically solved.
