The invention relates to a lock catch structure of an anti-theft iron window. The lock catch structure comprises an inner window frame, a movable bolt and a locking device, wherein the opposite sides of the inner window frame is an indoor side and an outdoor side; the movable bolt penetrates through and is pivoted to the inner window frame, and the movable bolt is provided with a mounting end exposed from the indoor side, and the opposite end of the movable bolt extends to form an iron window lock catch part; and the locking device is arranged at the mounting end, and the locking device is operated to enable the movable bolt not to rotate and to rotate. A key is not needed when the locking device is operated, and after the locking device is arranged on the iron window, the effect that a window door of the iron window is difficult to open from the outer side but can be quickly opened indoors without the key can be achieved.
