The invention provides a preparation method of a silicon dioxide aerogel ceramic fiber felt, which comprises the following steps: S1, calcining silicon dioxide aerogel in a high-temperature furnace for 4-6 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain pretreated aerogel; S2, adding the pretreated aerogel obtained in the step S1 and an opacifying agent into a dispersant aqueous solution, and performing stirring for 20-60 minutes to obtain an aerogel mixed solution; S3, enabling ceramic fiber felt to pass through the aerogel mixed solution obtained in the step S2 at the speed of 1-5 m/min, wherein the soaking time of the ceramic fiber felt in the aerogel mixed solution is 1-3 min; taking out the ceramic fiber felt and moving the ceramic fiber felt to a drying tunnel to be dried for 1-3 h; and obtaining the silicon dioxide aerogel ceramic fiber felt after rolling or slicing. The silicon dioxide aerogel ceramic fiber felt prepared by the invention has better fireproof and heat-insulating properties and strength.
本发明提供一种二氧化硅气凝胶陶瓷纤维毡的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1.将二氧化硅气凝胶置于高温炉中煅烧4‑6h,降至室温后得到预处理气凝胶;S2.将步骤S1所得预处理气凝胶、遮光剂加入分散剂水溶液中,搅拌20‑60min后得到气凝胶混合液;S3.将陶瓷纤维毡以1‑5m/min的速度通过步骤S2所得气凝胶混合液,且陶瓷纤维毡在气凝胶混合液中的浸泡时间为1‑3min,取出后移至烘干隧道干燥1‑3小时,收卷或切片后得到二氧化硅气凝胶陶瓷纤维毡。本发明制得的二氧化硅气凝胶陶瓷纤维毡具有较好的防火隔热性能和强度。
