The anti-pulling type pipe pile comprises a pipe pile body, connecting end plates and a high-pressure grouting device, wherein the pipe pile body comprises a pile main body manufactured by adopting a pre-tensioning method pre-stress process and a centrifugal forming method, and a pile main body inner cavity defined by the pile main body; a steel reinforcement cage woven by steel bars is arranged in the pile main body inner cavity; a first grouting pipe and a second grouting pipe are embedded in the two opposite side end surfaces in the pile main body correspondingly and penetrate through the whole pile main body; a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the outer wall of the pipe pile body and communicate with the first grouting pipe and the second grouting pipe; the connecting end plates are arranged at the joints of an upper pipe pile and a lower pipe pile correspondingly and are of mortise and tenon structures; the high-pressure grouting device comprises a high-pressure grouting machine and a high-pressure grouting pipe; the high-pressure grouting pipe is arranged on the high-pressure grouting machine; and sealing devices are arranged at the two ends of a grout outlet of the high-pressure grouting pipe. According to the anti-pulling type pipe pile and the construction process thereof, local grouting of key positions can be realized, and the anti-pulling bearing capacity of the pipe pile can be improved.
本发明公开一种抗拔型管桩及其施工工艺,属于混凝土管桩技术领域。包括管桩、连接端板和高压注浆装置,管桩包括采用先张法预应力工艺和离心成型法制成的桩体以及由桩体围成的桩体内腔,桩体内腔安装有由钢筋编制成的钢筋笼,桩体内部两个对侧端面分别内嵌有第一注浆管和第二注浆管,第一注浆管和第二注浆管均贯通整个桩体,管桩外壁设置有若干注浆孔,注浆孔与第一注浆管和第二注浆管联通,连接端板分别布置在上管桩和下管桩的连接处,连接端板呈卯榫结构,高压注浆装置包括高压注浆机和高压注浆管,高压注浆管安装在高压注浆机上,高压注浆管的出浆口两端设置有密封装置,本发明可以实现关键位置的局部注浆,提高管桩的抗拔承载力。
