The invention provides a cast-in-place construction process of a column. The cast-in-place construction process comprises the following construction steps: reserving column steel bars with set length on a bearing platform or a floor; mounting grouting sleeves on the reserved column steel bars; binding the reserved column steel bars; binding a column reinforcement cage; mounting the column steel reinforcement cage in a column steel mold; hoisting the column steel mold and the column reinforcement cage together; injecting grouting materials into the grouting sleeves, and inserting column main reinforcements extending out of the column reinforcement cage into the grouting sleeves; placing the column steel mold in position; pouring concrete into the column steel mold; and after maintenance is conducted for set time, dismantling the column steel mold to complete construction of the column. The construction technology is suitable for cast-in-place construction of single-layer or multi-layer frame columns, materials are saved, the construction efficiency is high, the labor used is little, and the concrete apparent quality is good.
本发明提供一种柱的现浇施工工艺,包括如下施工步骤:在承台或楼面上预留出设定长度的柱钢筋;在预留的柱钢筋上安装灌浆套筒;绑扎预留的柱钢筋;绑扎柱钢筋笼;将柱钢筋笼装入柱钢模中;将柱钢模和柱钢筋笼一起吊起;向灌浆套筒内注入灌浆料,将由柱钢筋笼伸出的柱主筋插入灌浆套筒内;柱钢模就位;向柱钢模中浇筑混凝土;养护设定时间后,拆除柱钢模,完成柱的建造。本施工工艺,适用于单层、或多层框架柱的现浇施工,节约材料,且施工效率高、用工少、混凝土表观质量好。
