The invention discloses vacuum sound insulation aluminum alloy door and window glass. The door and window glass comprises a fixing frame, a tempered glass window and window frames; the window frames are hinged to the two sides of the front face of the fixing frame; fixing bases are fixedly installed at the bottoms of the window frames; sealing rubber pads are fixedly installed at the tops of the fixing bases; the tempered glass window is fixedly installed in the sealing rubber pads; one end of a through pipe communicates with the tempered glass window through a through opening; a one-way valve is arranged in the through pipe; a pipeline connector is fixedly installed at the other end of the through pipe; and a heat insulation coating layer is attached to the back face of the fixing frame. Gas in a device can be pumped out by a compressor through the through pipe, so that the heat insulation effect of the device can be improved to the maximum extent, the heat insulation effect of door and window is better than that of traditional door and window, and meanwhile, the sound insulation effect of the door and window is better than that of a traditional wall; and the gas can be prevented from entering the device again through the one-way valve.
本发明公开了一种真空隔音铝合金门窗玻璃,包括固定框、钢化玻璃窗和窗框,所述固定框正面的两侧铰接有窗框,所述窗框的底部固定安装有固定座,所述固定座的顶部固定安装有密封橡胶垫,所述密封橡胶垫的内部固定安装有钢化玻璃窗,所述通管的一端通过通口与钢化玻璃窗连通,所述通管的内部设置有单向阀,所述通管的另一端固定安装有管道接口,所述固定框的背面贴附有隔热涂覆层,本发明通过通管可通过压缩机将装置内部的气体抽出,从而能最大限度的提高装置的隔温隔热效果,使其本门窗相较于传统的门窗隔温隔热效果更好,同时相较于的传统的墙体隔音效果更好,采用的单向阀能避免气体重新进入装置当中。
