The invention relates to a non-contact medicine taking window for a pharmacy. The window comprises a wall body, a working platform and an isolation window which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein a working cavity is formed in the wall body and below the isolation window, and transfer ports communicated with the working cavity are formed in the positions, on the two sides of the isolation window, of the working platform; a rotating device is fixedly arranged in the center of the top of the working cavity and drives a first air cylinder vertically arranged below the rotating device to rotate, two transferring boxes are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of a first air cylinder rod of the first air cylinder, the transferring boxes are connected with the first air cylinder rod through connecting frames, the upper ends of the transferring boxes are open, and the transferring boxes are matched with the transferring openings in size. Two negative pressure pipelines are arranged on the side surface of the working cavity and used for air suction and air venting respectively. A bag opening device is further fixedly arranged at the top of the working cavity, and when the conveying box rotates to the position under the bag opening device along with the rotating device, the packaging bag falls on the conveying box after being opened by the bag opening device.
