According to the invention, the organic combination of two functions of lifting the component layer by layer and lifting the platform layer by layer can be realized, the hoisting problem of a large cylinder steel structure building under the condition that a large crane is not applicable or the hoisting cost is too high is solved, and meanwhile, the heavy physical labor of repeatedly building a full space support frame platform inside and outside the cylinder is avoided.
