Hollow calcination-free lightweight aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a lightweight aggregate, in particular to a hollow calcination-free lightweight aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials: dry powder and polyphenyl granules, the particle size of the polyphenyl particles is calculated according to a formula I; the dry powder is prepared by mixing and grinding the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of a first component, 20-30 parts of a second component, 10-20 parts of cement and 3-7 parts of industrial byproduct gypsum, wherein the first component is selected from one or more of fly ash, high-silicon tailings, furnace slag and activated coal gangue powder; the second component is quick lime and/or carbide slag. The preparation method provided by the invention adopts a hydrothermal autoclave reaction process under specific conditions, high-temperature calcination is not needed, materials do not need to be molten, and energy consumption can be greatly reduced; meanwhile, the hollow rate and the particle density of the obtained lightweight aggregate can be designed as required, so that the lightweight aggregate has better specific strength and better sound insulation and heat insulation performance.
本发明涉及一种轻骨料,尤其涉及一种空心免煅烧轻骨料及其制备方法。所述轻骨料的原料包括:干粉料和聚苯颗粒;所述聚苯颗粒的粒径按照公式I计算得到;所述干粉料由包括如下重量份的组分经混合、粉磨而成:第一组分60~70份,第二组分20~30份,水泥10~20份,工业副产石膏3~7份;其中,所述第一组分选自粉煤灰、高硅尾矿、炉渣、活化煤矸石粉中的一种或几种;所述第二组分为生石灰和/或电石渣。本发明提供的制备方法采用特定条件的水热蒸压反应工艺,无须高温煅烧,物料无须熔融,能够大幅度降低能源消耗;同时,所得轻骨料的空心率和颗粒密度可根据需要设计,即具有更好的比强度,还具有更好的隔声和隔热性能。
