The invention relates to a mixing and kneading preparation process of isostatic pressing graphite. The process comprises the following steps: conveying high-temperature powder into a dry powder spray head for dispersing and atomizing by utilizing an electric heating screw conveyor; conveying the liquid asphalt into the asphalt atomization spray head for high-temperature atomization by using compressed air; fully and uniformly mixing the atomized dry powder particles and liquid asphalt in a cyclone mixing chamber to form a mixture; and fully mixing the mixture deposited at the bottom of the cyclone mixing chamber at a high speed again through a strong high-speed carbon kneading machine, and finally forming the isostatic pressing graphite mixed kneading powder. Liquid asphalt and dry powder are atomized into 10-20 [mu]m particles through high temperature atomization, the particles enter a cyclone mixing chamber to be fully combined, asphalt particles are adsorbed on the surface of the combined dry powder, the asphalt particles are deposited and collected at the bottom of the cyclone mixing chamber under the action of cyclone in the cyclone mixing chamber, and finally stirring and mixing are conducted through a high-speed powerful kneading machine, the mixed and kneaded material can be directly used after being cooled without a sheet rolling process.
本发明涉及一种等静压石墨的混捏制备工艺,包括:利用电加热螺旋输送机将高温粉料输送至干粉料喷头内分散雾化;利用压缩空气将液态沥青输送至沥青雾化喷头内高温雾化;将雾化的干粉料颗粒与液态沥青在旋风混料室内,进行充分均匀的混合形成混合料;将沉积在旋风混料室底部的混合料通过强力高速碳素捏合机再次高速地进行充分混合,最后形成等静压石墨混捏粉料。本发明将液态沥青和干粉料经过高温雾化,雾化成10‑‑20μm微粒状后进入旋风混料室进行充分结合,结合后的干粉料表面均吸附沥青微粒后,在旋风混料室内经旋风作用下沉积收集在旋风混料室底部,最后经高速强力混捏机进行搅拌混合,混捏后的物料,不必经过轧片工序,直接冷却后使用。
