The invention provides a foamed cement acoustic board and a preparation method thereof. The acoustic board comprises a cementing material, water, a refractory material, a thermal insulation material, a foam stabilizer, a foaming agent and a water repellent. The cementing material is one or more of ordinary Portland cement, fly ash and phosphate cement, the refractory material is calcined bauxite, the thermal insulation material is polyacrylonitrile fiber and expanded vermiculite, the foam stabilizer is silicone amide, the foaming agent is a hydrogen peroxide foaming agent, and the water repellent is sodium methyl silicate. Compared with the prior art, the foamed cement acoustic board is good in sound absorption and insulation effect, high in strength, light in weight, small in thermal expansion and cold contraction reaction, good in moisture resistance, fire resistance and heat preservation effect, convenient and fast in construction process and particularly suitable for tunnel engineering.
本发明提供了一种泡沫水泥吸音板及其制备方法，该吸音板材料包括胶凝材料、水、耐火材料、保温材料、稳泡剂、发泡剂以及憎水剂。其中所述胶凝材料为普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、磷酸盐水泥中的一种或多种,所述耐火材料为熟铝矾土，所述保温材料为聚丙烯腈纤维及膨胀蛭石，所述稳泡剂为硅酮酰胺，所述发泡剂为双氧水发泡剂，所述憎水剂为甲基硅酸钠。与现有技术相比，本发明的泡沫水泥吸音板的吸音隔音效果好，强度高，轻质，热胀冷缩反应小，防潮，耐火性能及保温效果好，施工工艺便捷特别适用于隧道工程。
