Antistatic floor and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an antistatic floor and a preparation method thereof. The antistatic floor comprises a rectangular floor body and side edge strips located on the four side edges of the floor body. The floor body is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 74 to 84 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 5 to 8 parts of light calcium carbonate, 2 to 3 parts of a heat stabilizer, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a plasticizer, 0.2 to 0.6 part of a lubricant, 0.3 to 0.7 part of carbon fiber, 0.07 to 0.1 part of a hot melt adhesive particle and 0.3 to 0.5 part of thermoplastic polyester; and the side edge strip is in a long-strip sheet shape made of thermoplastic polyester. The surfaces of the base material particles are wrapped with the carbon fibers with the conductive function, the conductive film layers are formed on the surfaces of the base material particles, after the base material particles are extruded into the plate, the base material particles are tightly extruded together, conductive channels are formed on the surfaces of the base material particles, and the antistatic function is achieved. The elastic side strips attached to the edges of the floor body can be adjusted within a large error range, so that mounting is quick and convenient.
