The grate assembly comprises a rainwater grate, a grate base, a lever, an upper shell, a lower shell and a water filtering plate; wherein the rainwater grate is buckled on the grate base; the head end of the lever abuts against the rainwater grate, the upper shell is hung at the tail end of the lever, and the middle of the lever is hinged to the fulcrum structure; the water filtering plate is mounted on the upper shell; and a drain hole and a water storage hole are respectively formed in the upper side wall of the lower shell. Compared with the prior art, the device has the characteristic of rainwater storage, drainage and diversion.
