The invention relates to a beam section sliding installation construction method, which comprises the following steps of: pushing two ends of an oil cylinder to slide along a sliding rail, connecting a rear seat at the rear end of the oil cylinder, respectively rotationally connecting pull plates with hooks on two sides of the rear seat, arranging bayonets matched with the hooks on a rail foundation, clamping the hooks in the bayonets to provide counter force when the oil cylinder is pushed, and sliding the hooks out of the bayonets when the oil cylinder is contracted; when moving forwards, enabling the hooks to fall into a front bayonet, so that the oil cylinder moves forwards automatically; the track foundation is arranged to be of a multi-section combined structure, the rear sections move forwards alternately in the sliding process, and long-distance sliding of the beam section can be achieved through the short track foundation. The construction efficiency can be improved, and the construction cost can be reduced.
