Rapid plugging structure for diversion tunnel
The invention discloses a rapid plugging structure for a diversion tunnel. The rapid plugging structure comprises a plurality of plugging sections which are arranged in the diversion tunnel and are sequentially spliced to form a plugging body, a connecting face unit is arranged between every two adjacent plugging blocks, and each connecting face unit comprises a plurality of expansion bolt holes which are formed in the downstream face of the previous constructed plugging section at intervals; a plurality of expansion bolts which are screwed and arranged on the plurality of expansion bolt holes in a penetrating mode in a one-to-one correspondence mode; and a plurality of annular grooves surrounding the peripheries of the expansion bolts in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the grooves are formed in the downstream face of a plugging section which is constructed previously, an epoxy resin base liquid layer, an epoxy resin mud bottom layer, a connecting steel plate and an epoxy resin mud surface layer are sequentially laid on the inner surfaces of the grooves, threaded holes are formed in the connecting steel plate, and the connecting steel plates are correspondingly screwed on the expansion bolts. The structure has the beneficial effect that the binding force between the sealing sections which are constructed in sequence is remarkably enhanced.
本发明公开了一种导流洞快速封堵结构,包括:多个封堵段,设置于所述导流洞内,依次拼接形成封堵本体,相邻两个封堵块之间设有连接面单元,所述连接面单元包括:多个膨胀螺栓孔,间隔设置于在前施工完成的封堵段的背水面上;多个膨胀螺栓,一一对应螺接穿设于多个膨胀螺栓孔上;多个环形的凹槽,一一对应环绕于多个膨胀螺栓周向,所述凹槽开设于在前施工完成的封堵段的背水面上,所述凹槽内表面依次敷设有环氧树脂基液层、环氧树脂泥底层、连接钢板、环氧树脂泥面层,其中,所述连接钢板上设有螺纹孔,所述连接钢板对应螺接于所述膨胀螺栓上。本发明具有显著增强先后施工完成的封封段之间的结合力的有益效果。
