The invention discloses an anti-floating drainage device for an underground building and a drainage calculation method. The anti-floating drainage device comprises a communicating pipe, a multi-stage filtering assembly and a pressure control pipe assembly. The communicating pipe is used for communicating the inside and the outside of a basement; the multi-stage filtering assembly is arranged in the communicating pipe; the pressure control pipe assembly communicates with the communicating pipe and is connected with a drainage pipe to control a water level; and the end, away from the communicating pipe, of the drainage pipe communicates with a drainage ditch of a basement bottom plate. According to the anti-floating drainage device for the underground building and the drainage calculation method, compared with the prior art, the anti-floating water level of the basement can be effectively controlled, anti-floating piles and anti-floating anchor rods do not need to be arranged, and the construction cost is saved.
