The solar constant-temperature building wall comprises an outer wall body and a heating assembly arranged on the outer wall body; the outer wall body is provided with a plurality of windows, and photovoltaic devices used for supplying power to the heating assemblies are installed in the windows; the photovoltaic device comprises window frames fixed to the inner wall of the window, a plurality of window blades rotationally arranged in the window frames and a driving mechanism used for driving all the window blades to rotate at the same time, all the window frames are arranged in the vertical direction, and solar panels are installed on the side faces of the same sides of all the window blades; the driving mechanism comprises a driving part fixed to the window frame, a rotating disc connected to the driving part and a transmission assembly fixed to the rotating disc, each window blade is connected to the transmission assembly, and the window blades and the rotating disc rotate at the same angle through the transmission assembly. The solar constant-temperature building wall has the advantage that dust attached to the surface of the solar panel can be cleaned conveniently.
