The electric control system comprises a control device, and a touch screen, an entrance and exit photoelectric switch, a transverse movement detection switch, a lifting detection switch, a transverse movement driving device, a lifting driving device, a chain rope breakage detection switch, an emergency stop switch, a warning switch and a static anti-falling device which are in signal connection with the control device; the electric control system further comprises a secondary transverse movement detection switch, a parking space lighting switch, a parking space operation switch, an overload detection switch, a dynamic anti-falling device and a vehicle detection device which are additionally arranged and are in signal connection with the control device; the running safety of the equipment, the convenience of vehicle entering and exiting and the convenience and safety of user operation are further improved; vehicle plates can be distributed intelligently, and a parking lot management system represented by license plate recognition is matched; various setting forms and various operation modes (including misoperation) are considered in the control process, and the electric control system can be suitable for different programming languages of a single-chip microcomputer or an industrial control microcomputer.
