The invention relates to intelligent active noise reduction glass. The intelligent active noise reduction glass comprises a glass body, a power assembly, a plurality of collecting assemblies, a PCB and an integrated circuit induction triggering system, wherein the power assembly, the collecting assemblies, the PCB and the integrated circuit induction triggering system are arranged on the glass body. The power assembly and the glass body form a surface sounding structure. Each collecting assembly comprises a first microphone and a second microphone, and the first microphone and the second microphone are symmetrically located on the two sides of the glass body. The PCB is electrically connected with the plurality of collecting assemblies and the power assembly, and the integrated circuit induction triggering system is electrically connected with the PCB and the power assembly. The first microphone is configured to output clear voice, and the second microphone is configured to collect external noise and output sound waves opposite to the external noise. The external noise is collected through the second microphone, and sound waves opposite to the external noise are output for counteracting, so that an active intelligent noise reduction function of the glass body is achieved, and the riding experience of passengers is improved.
